Recipe SOTO PEKALONGAN
ingredients of Soto Pekalongan:
750 grams of beef brisket3 cm ginger, crushed
3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 pieces of lime leaves
3 tablespoons sweet taoco
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1.5 liters of water
puree:
6 large red peppers
8 shallots
6 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper granules
3 cm turmeric fuel
Complement: fried onions, sliced celery, boiled eggs and chips
fried, lemon juice.
How to make SOTO PEKALONGAN:
- Boil the meat with ginger, lemongrass lime leaves until tender, remove pieces according to taste and set aside.
- Heat a little oil, sauté the crushed spices, cuts of meat taoco and soy sauce, stir well, put it back into the broth and cook briefly, remove from heat.
- Prepare a bowl filled with soup complete with sliced boiled egg, onion, fried, sliced celery and fried chips.
- Serve warm.
