Recipe of Yellow Lodeh  

ingredients of Yellow Lodeh 

how to make Lodeh bumbu kuning
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 150 grams of beef cut into pieces
  • 3 bay leaves and 3 cm galangal, crushed
  • 500 ml thin coconut milk from half coconut
  • 250 ml thick coconut milk from half coconut
  • 2 carrots cut according to taste
  • 3 pieces of potatoes cut according to taste
  • 10 beans cut according to taste
  • 4 pieces of cabbage cut into pieces
  • 1 tomato cut into wedges
  • 12 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon powder
puree:
  • 6 grains of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 large red peppers
  • 5 cm turmeric, roasted
  • 2 tsp salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Topping: fried onions

How to make Yellow Puree Lodeh

  1. Heat oil, saute ground spices hingg fragrant, put the meat beef, bay leaves, galangal and coconut milk watery, simmer and cook until the meat soft.
