ingredients of Yellow Lodeh
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 150 grams of beef cut into pieces

- 2 carrots cut according to taste

- 1 tomato cut into wedges
- 12 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon powder
puree:
- 6 grains of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 large red peppers
- 5 cm turmeric, roasted
- 2 tsp salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Topping: fried onions
How to make Yellow Puree Lodeh
- Heat oil, saute ground spices hingg fragrant, put the meat beef, bay leaves, galangal and coconut milk watery, simmer and cook until the meat soft.
